“យំ, ភិក្ខវេ, សីលវន្តោ បព្ពជិតា គាមំ វា និគមំ វា ឧបនិស្សាយ វិហរន្តិ។ តត្ថ មនុស្សា តីហិ ឋានេហិ ពហុំ បុញ្ញំ បសវន្តិ។ កតមេហិ តីហិ? កាយេន, វាចាយ, មនសា។ យំ, ភិក្ខវេ, សីលវន្តោ បព្ពជិតា គាមំ វា និគមំ វា ឧបនិស្សាយ វិហរន្តិ។ តត្ថ មនុស្សា ឥមេហិ តីហិ ឋានេហិ ពហុំ បុញ្ញំ បសវន្តី”តិ។
“Bhikkhus, when ethical renunciates are supported by a town or village, the people there make much merit in three ways. What three? By way of body, speech, and mind. When ethical renunciates are supported by a town or village, the people there make much merit in these three ways.”
