สาวตฺถิยํ วิหรติฯ
At Sāvatthī.
“ตํ กึ มญฺญสิ, ราหุล, รูปสญฺเจตนา นิจฺจา วา อนิจฺจา วา”ติ?
“What do you think, Rāhula? Is intention regarding sights permanent or impermanent?”
“อนิจฺจา, ภนฺเต” …
“Impermanent, sir.” …
“สทฺทสญฺเจตนา …เป… คนฺธสญฺเจตนา … รสสญฺเจตนา … โผฏฺฐพฺพสญฺเจตนา … ธมฺมสญฺเจตนา นิจฺจา วา อนิจฺจา วา”ติ?
“… intention regarding sounds … intention regarding smells … intention regarding tastes … intention regarding touches … Is intention regarding thoughts permanent or impermanent?”
