သာဝတ္ထိနိဒါနံ၊

“စတ္တာရောမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဈာယီ၊ ကတမေ စတ္တာရော?
“Bhikkhus, there are these four meditators. What four?
ဣဓ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဧကစ္စော ဈာယီ သမာဓိသ္မိံ သမာပတ္တိကုသလော ဟောတိ, န သမာဓိသ္မိံ အာရမ္မဏကုသလော၊ ဣဓ ပန, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဧကစ္စော ဈာယီ သမာဓိသ္မိံ အာရမ္မဏကုသလော ဟောတိ, န သမာဓိသ္မိံ သမာပတ္တိကုသလော၊ ဣဓ ပန, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဧကစ္စော ဈာယီ နေဝ သမာဓိသ္မိံ သမာပတ္တိကုသလော ဟောတိ, န စ သမာဓိသ္မိံ အာရမ္မဏကုသလော၊ ဣဓ ပန, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဧကစ္စော ဈာယီ သမာဓိသ္မိံ သမာပတ္တိကုသလော စ ဟောတိ, သမာဓိသ္မိံ အာရမ္မဏကုသလော စ၊ တတြ …ပေ… ပဝရော စာ”တိ၊
