បុនឱឃាទិសុត្ត
Another Series on Floods, Etc.
“បញ្ចិមានិ, ភិក្ខវេ, ឧទ្ធម្ភាគិយានិ សំយោជនានិ។ កតមានិ បញ្ច? រូបរាគោ, អរូបរាគោ, មានោ, ឧទ្ធច្ចំ អវិជ្ជា—ឥមានិ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, បញ្ចុទ្ធម្ភាគិយានិ សំយោជនានិ។
“Bhikkhus, there are five higher fetters. What five? Desire for rebirth in the realm of luminous form, desire for rebirth in the formless realm, conceit, restlessness, and ignorance. These are the five higher fetters.
ឥមេសំ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, បញ្ចន្នំ ឧទ្ធម្ភាគិយានំ សំយោជនានំ អភិញ្ញាយ បរិញ្ញាយ បរិក្ខយាយ បហានាយ បញ្ច ពលានិ ភាវេតព្ពានិ។ កតមានិ បញ្ច? ឥធ, ភិក្ខវេ, ភិក្ខុ សទ្ធាពលំ ភាវេតិ …បេ… បញ្ញាពលំ ភាវេតិ រាគវិនយបរិយោសានំ ទោសវិនយបរិយោសានំ មោហវិនយបរិយោសានំ។
The five powers should be developed for the direct knowledge, complete understanding, finishing, and giving up of these five higher fetters. What five? A bhikkhu develops the powers of faith, energy, mindfulness, samādhi, and wisdom, which culminate in the removal of greed, hate, and delusion.
ឥមេសំ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, បញ្ចន្នំ ឧទ្ធម្ភាគិយានំ សំយោជនានំ អភិញ្ញាយ បរិញ្ញាយ បរិក្ខយាយ បហានាយ ឥមានិ បញ្ច ពលានិ ភាវេតព្ពានី”តិ។
These five powers should be developed for the direct knowledge, complete understanding, finishing, and giving up of these five higher fetters.”

តស្សុទ្ទានំ
ឱឃោ យោគោ ឧបាទានំ, គន្ថា អនុសយេន ច; កាមគុណា នីវរណា, ខន្ធា ឱរុទ្ធម្ភាគិយាតិ។
Floods, yokes, grasping, ties, and underlying tendencies, kinds of sensual stimulation, hindrances, aggregates, and fetters high and low.
