ပေတ္တိဒေဝပေတ္တိဝိသယသုတ္တ
Dying as Ghosts and Reborn as Ghosts
… “ဧဝမေဝ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အပ္ပကာ တေ သတ္တာ ယေ ပေတ္တိဝိသယာ စုတာ ဒေဝေသု ပစ္စာဇာယန္တိ; အထ ခေါ ဧတေဝ ဗဟုတရာ သတ္တာ ယေ ပေတ္တိဝိသယာ စုတာ ပေတ္တိဝိသယေ ပစ္စာဇာယန္တိ၊ တံ ကိဿ ဟေတု? အဒိဋ္ဌတ္တာ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စတုန္နံ အရိယသစ္စာနံ၊ ကတမေသံ စတုန္နံ? ဒုက္ခဿ အရိယသစ္စဿ, ဒုက္ခသမုဒယဿ အရိယသစ္စဿ, ဒုက္ခနိရောဓဿ အရိယသစ္စဿ, ဒုက္ခနိရောဓဂါမိနိယာ ပဋိပဒါယ အရိယသစ္စဿ၊
“… the sentient beings who die as ghosts and are reborn as gods are few, while those who die as ghosts and are reborn in the ghost realm are many. Why is that? It’s because they haven’t seen the four noble truths. What four? The noble truths of suffering, the origin of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the practice that leads to the cessation of suffering.
တသ္မာတိဟ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ‘ဣဒံ ဒုက္ခန်'တိ ယောဂေါ ကရဏီယော, ‘အယံ ဒုက္ခသမုဒယော'တိ ယောဂေါ ကရဏီယော, ‘အယံ ဒုက္ခနိရောဓော'တိ ယောဂေါ ကရဏီယော, ‘အယံ ဒုက္ခနိရောဓဂါမိနီ ပဋိပဒါ'တိ ယောဂေါ ကရဏီယော”တိ၊
That’s why you should practice meditation to understand: ‘This is suffering’ … ‘This is the origin of suffering’ … ‘This is the cessation of suffering’ … ‘This is the practice that leads to the cessation of suffering’.”
ဣဒမဝေါစ ဘဂဝါ၊ အတ္တမနာ တေ ဘိက္ခူ ဘဂဝတော ဘာသိတံ အဘိနန္ဒုန္တိ၊
That is what the Buddha said. Satisfied, the bhikkhus approved what the Buddha said.

တဿုဒ္ဒါနံ
မနုဿတော စုတာ ဆာပိ, ဒေဝါ စုတာ နိရယတော; တိရစ္ဆာနပေတ္တိဝိသယာ, တိံသမတ္တော ဂတိဝဂ္ဂေါတိ၊
သစ္စသံယုတ္တံ ဒွါဒသမံ၊
