A Trainee (1st)
“បញ្ចិមេ, ភិក្ខវេ, ធម្មា សេខស្ស ភិក្ខុនោ បរិហានាយ សំវត្តន្តិ។ កតមេ បញ្ច? កម្មារាមតា, ភស្សារាមតា, និទ្ទារាមតា, សង្គណិការាមតា, យថាវិមុត្តំ ចិត្តំ ន បច្ចវេក្ខតិ—ឥមេ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, បញ្ច ធម្មា សេខស្ស ភិក្ខុនោ បរិហានាយ សំវត្តន្តិ។
“These five things lead to the decline of a bhikkhu trainee. What five? They relish work, talk, sleep, and company. And they don’t review the extent of their mind’s freedom. These five things lead to the decline of a bhikkhu trainee.
បញ្ចិមេ, ភិក្ខវេ, ធម្មា សេខស្ស ភិក្ខុនោ អបរិហានាយ សំវត្តន្តិ។ កតមេ បញ្ច? ន កម្មារាមតា, ន ភស្សារាមតា, ន និទ្ទារាមតា, ន សង្គណិការាមតា, យថាវិមុត្តំ ចិត្តំ បច្ចវេក្ខតិ—ឥមេ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, បញ្ច ធម្មា សេខស្ស ភិក្ខុនោ អបរិហានាយ សំវត្តន្តី”តិ។
