“ပဉ္စိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, နီဝရဏာ အန္ဓကရဏာ အစက္ခုကရဏာ အညာဏကရဏာ ပညာနိရောဓိကာ ဝိဃာတပက္ခိယာ အနိဗ္ဗာနသံဝတ္တနိကာ၊ ကတမေ ပဉ္စ? ကာမစ္ဆန္ဒနီဝရဏံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အန္ဓကရဏံ အစက္ခုကရဏံ အညာဏကရဏံ ပညာနိရောဓိကံ ဝိဃာတပက္ခိယံ အနိဗ္ဗာနသံဝတ္တနိကံ၊ ဗျာပါဒနီဝရဏံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ …ပေ… ထိနမိဒ္ဓနီဝရဏံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ …ပေ… ဥဒ္ဓစ္စကုက္ကုစ္စနီဝရဏံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ …ပေ… ဝိစိကိစ္ဆာနီဝရဏံ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, အန္ဓကရဏံ အစက္ခုကရဏံ အညာဏကရဏံ ပညာနိရောဓိကံ ဝိဃာတပက္ခိယံ အနိဗ္ဗာနသံဝတ္တနိကံ၊ ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စ နီဝရဏာ အန္ဓကရဏာ အစက္ခုကရဏာ အညာဏကရဏာ ပညာနိရောဓိကာ ဝိဃာတပက္ခိယာ အနိဗ္ဗာနသံဝတ္တနိကာ၊
“Bhikkhus, these five hindrances are destroyers of sight, vision, and knowledge. They block wisdom, they’re on the side of anguish, and they don’t lead to Nibbana. What five? Sensual desire, ill will, dullness and drowsiness, restlessness and remorse, and doubt. These five hindrances are destroyers of sight, vision, and knowledge. သတ္တိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဗောဇ္ဈင်္ဂါ စက္ခုကရဏာ ဉာဏကရဏာ ပညာဗုဒ္ဓိယာ အဝိဃာတပက္ခိယာ နိဗ္ဗာနသံဝတ္တနိကာ၊ ကတမေ သတ္တ? သတိသမ္ဗောဇ္ဈင်္ဂေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စက္ခုကရဏော ဉာဏကရဏော ပညာဗုဒ္ဓိယော အဝိဃာတပက္ခိယော နိဗ္ဗာနသံဝတ္တနိကော …ပေ… ဥပေက္ခာသမ္ဗောဇ္ဈင်္ဂေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စက္ခုကရဏော ဉာဏကရဏော ပညာဗုဒ္ဓိယော အဝိဃာတပက္ခိယော နိဗ္ဗာနသံဝတ္တနိကော၊ ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, သတ္တ ဗောဇ္ဈင်္ဂါ စက္ခုကရဏာ ဉာဏကရဏာ ပညာဗုဒ္ဓိယာ အဝိဃာတပက္ခိယာ နိဗ္ဗာနသံဝတ္တနိကာ”တိ၊
These seven awakening factors are creators of vision and knowledge. They grow wisdom, they’re on the side of solace, and they lead to Nibbana. What seven? The awakening factors of mindfulness, investigation of principles, energy, (mental) joy, tranquility, samādhi, and equanimity. These seven awakening factors are creators of vision and knowledge.
