“စတ္တာရောမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဓမ္မာ မနုဿဘူတဿ ဗဟုကာရာ ဟောန္တိ၊ ကတမေ စတ္တာရော? သပ္ပုရိသသံသေဝေါ, သဒ္ဓမ္မသဝနံ, ယောနိသောမနသိကာရော, ဓမ္မာနုဓမ္မပ္ပဋိပတ္တိ—ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, စတ္တာရော ဓမ္မာ မနုဿဘူတဿ ဗဟုကာရာ ဟောန္တီ”တိ၊
“Bhikkhus, these four things are very helpful to a human being. What four? Associating with good people, listening to the true teaching, rational application of mind, and practicing in line with the teaching. These four things are very helpful to a human being.”
