សាវត្ថិនិទានំ។
At Sāvatthī.
ឯកមន្តំ និសិន្នោ ខោ សោ ភិក្ខុ ភគវន្តំ ឯតទវោច:
Seated to one side, that bhikkhu said to the Buddha:
“កោ នុ ខោ, ភន្តេ, ហេតុ, កោ បច្ចយោ, យេន ម៑ៜឥធេកច្ចេ សំសេទជា នាគា ឧបោសថំ ឧបវសន្តិ វោស្សដ្ឋកាយា ច ភវន្តី”តិ?
“Sir, what is the cause, what is the reason why some moisture-born dragons keep the Uposatha day, having transformed their bodies?”
(សព្ពំ វិត្ថារេតព្ពំ។)
