សាវត្ថិនិទានំ។
At Sāvatthī.
ឯកមន្តំ និសិន្នោ ខោ សោ ភិក្ខុ ភគវន្តំ ឯតទវោច:
Seated to one side, that bhikkhu said to the Buddha:
“អត្ថិ នុ ខោ, ភន្តេ, កិញ្ចិ រូបំ, យំ រូបំ និច្ចំ ធុវំ សស្សតំ អវិបរិណាមធម្មំ សស្សតិសមំ តថេវ ឋស្សតិ? អត្ថិ នុ ខោ, ភន្តេ, កាចិ វេទនា …បេ… កាចិ សញ្ញា … កេចិ សង្ខារា … កិញ្ចិ វិញ្ញាណំ, យំ វិញ្ញាណំ និច្ចំ ធុវំ សស្សតំ អវិបរិណាមធម្មំ សស្សតិសមំ តថេវ ឋស្សតី”តិ?
“Sir, is there any form at all that’s permanent, everlasting, eternal, imperishable, and will last forever and ever? Is there any feeling … perception … functioning patterns … consciousness at all that’s permanent, everlasting, eternal, imperishable, and will last forever and ever?”
“នត្ថិ ខោ, ភិក្ខុ, កិញ្ចិ រូបំ យំ រូបំ និច្ចំ ធុវំ សស្សតំ អវិបរិណាមធម្មំ សស្សតិសមំ តថេវ ឋស្សតិ។ នត្ថិ ខោ, ភិក្ខុ, កាចិ វេទនា … កាចិ សញ្ញា … កេចិ សង្ខារា … កិញ្ចិ វិញ្ញាណំ, យំ វិញ្ញាណំ និច្ចំ ធុវំ សស្សតំ អវិបរិណាមធម្មំ សស្សតិសមំ តថេវ ឋស្សតី”តិ។
“Bhikkhu, there is no form at all that’s permanent, everlasting, eternal, imperishable, and will last forever and ever. There’s no feeling … perception … functioning patterns … consciousness at all that’s permanent, everlasting, eternal, imperishable, and will last forever and ever.”
