Two Fruits
“ပဉ္စိမာနိ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဣန္ဒြိယာနိ၊ ကတမာနိ ပဉ္စ? သဒ္ဓိန္ဒြိယံ …ပေ… ပညိန္ဒြိယံ—ဣမာနိ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စိန္ဒြိယာနိ၊
“Bhikkhus, there are these five faculties. What five? The faculties of faith, energy, mindfulness, samādhi, and wisdom. These are the five faculties.
ဣမေသံ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စန္နံ ဣန္ဒြိယာနံ ဘာဝိတတ္တာ ဗဟုလီကတတ္တာ ဒွိန္နံ ဖလာနံ အညတရံ ဖလံ ပါဋိကင်္ခံ—ဒိဋ္ဌေဝ ဓမ္မေ အညာ, သတိ ဝါ ဥပါဒိသေသေ အနာဂါမိတာ”တိ၊
Because of developing and cultivating these five faculties, one of two results can be expected: enlightenment in the present life, or if there’s something left over, non-return.”
