“ទារុណោ, ភិក្ខវេ, លាភសក្ការសិលោកោ។
“Possessions, honor, and popularity are brutal …
លាភសក្ការសិលោកោ, ភិក្ខវេ, ឆវិំ ឆិន្ទតិ, ឆវិំ ឆេត្វា ចម្មំ ឆិន្ទតិ, ចម្មំ ឆេត្វា មំសំ ឆិន្ទតិ, មំសំ ឆេត្វា ន្ហារុំ ឆិន្ទតិ, ន្ហារុំ ឆេត្វា អដ្ឋិំ ឆិន្ទតិ, អដ្ឋិំ ឆេត្វា អដ្ឋិមិញ្ឹ អាហច្ច តិដ្ឋតិ។
They cut through the outer skin, the inner skin, the flesh, sinews, and bones, until they reach the marrow and stay pressing there.
ឯវំ ទារុណោ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, លាភសក្ការសិលោកោ …បេ… ឯវញ្ហិ វោ ភិក្ខវេ, សិក្ខិតព្ពន៑”តិ។
