Cause
“បញ្ចិមានិ, ភិក្ខវេ, មាតុគាមស្ស ពលានិ។ កតមានិ បញ្ច? រូបពលំ, ភោគពលំ, ញាតិពលំ, បុត្តពលំ, សីលពលំ។
“Bhikkhus, there are these five powers of a female. What five? Attractiveness, wealth, relatives, children, and ethical behavior.
ន, ភិក្ខវេ, មាតុគាមោ រូបពលហេតុ វា ភោគពលហេតុ វា ញាតិពលហេតុ វា បុត្តពលហេតុ វា កាយស្ស ភេទា បរំ មរណា សុគតិំ សគ្គំ លោកំ ឧបបជ្ជតិ។ សីលពលហេតុ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, មាតុគាមោ កាយស្ស ភេទា បរំ មរណា សុគតិំ សគ្គំ លោកំ ឧបបជ្ជតិ។
It is not because of the powers of attractiveness, wealth, relatives, or children that females, when their body breaks up, after death, are reborn in a good place, a heavenly realm. It is because of the power of ethical behavior that females, when their body breaks up, after death, are reborn in a good place, a heavenly realm.
ឥមានិ ខោ, ភិក្ខវេ, បញ្ច មាតុគាមស្ស ពលានី”តិ។
These are the five powers of a female.”
