Grasping Aggregates
“ပဉ္စိမေ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ဥပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓာ၊ ကတမေ ပဉ္စ? ရူပုပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓော, ဝေဒနုပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓော, သညုပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓော, သင်္ခါရုပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓော, ဝိညာဏုပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓော—ဣမေ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စုပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓာ၊
“Bhikkhus, there are these five grasping aggregates. What five? The grasping aggregates of form, feeling, perception, functioning patterns, and consciousness. These are the five grasping aggregates.
ဣမေသံ ခေါ, ဘိက္ခဝေ, ပဉ္စန္နံ ဥပါဒါနက္ခန္ဓာနံ ပဟာနာယ …ပေ… ဣမေ စတ္တာရော သတိပဋ္ဌာနာ ဘာဝေတဗ္ဗာ”တိ၊
To give up these five grasping aggregates you should develop the four kinds of mindfulness meditation. …”
