सावत्थिनिदानं।

“यो खो, भिक्खवे, चक्खुसम्फस्सजाय वेदनाय उप्पादो ठिति …पे… जरामरणस्स पातुभावो …पे…।
“Yo kho, bhikkhave, cakkhusamphassajāya vedanāya uppādo ṭhiti …pe… jarāmaraṇassa pātubhāvo …pe….
“Bhikkhus, the arising of feeling born of eye contact …
यो मनोसम्फस्सजाय वेदनाय उप्पादो ठिति …पे… जरामरणस्स पातुभावो। यो च खो, भिक्खवे, चक्खुसम्फस्सजाय वेदनाय निरोधो वूपसमो …पे… जरामरणस्स अत्थङ्गमो …पे… यो मनोसम्फस्सजाय वेदनाय निरोधो वूपसमो अत्थङ्गमो, दुक्खस्सेसो निरोधो, रोगानं वूपसमो, जरामरणस्स अत्थङ्गमो”ति।
Yo manosamphassajāya vedanāya uppādo ṭhiti …pe… jarāmaraṇassa pātubhāvo. Yo ca kho, bhikkhave, cakkhusamphassajāya vedanāya nirodho vūpasamo …pe… jarāmaraṇassa atthaṅgamo …pe… yo manosamphassajāya vedanāya nirodho vūpasamo atthaṅgamo, dukkhasseso nirodho, rogānaṁ vūpasamo, jarāmaraṇassa atthaṅgamo”ti.
the arising of feeling born of mind contact … is the manifestation of old age and death. The cessation of feeling born of eye contact … the cessation of feeling born of mind contact … is the ending of old age and death.”
