“จตฺตาโรเม, ภิกฺขเว, ปุคฺคลา สนฺโต สํวิชฺชมานา โลกสฺมึฯ กตเม จตฺตาโร?
“Bhikkhus, these four people are found in the world. What four?
ยุตฺตปฺปฏิภาโน, โน มุตฺตปฺปฏิภาโน;
One who speaks on topic, but not fluently.
มุตฺตปฺปฏิภาโน, โน ยุตฺตปฺปฏิภาโน;
One who speaks fluently, but not on topic.
ยุตฺตปฺปฏิภาโน จ มุตฺตปฺปฏิภาโน จ;
One who speaks on topic and fluently.
เนว ยุตฺตปฺปฏิภาโน น มุตฺตปฺปฏิภาโน—
One who speaks neither on topic nor fluently.
อิเม โข, ภิกฺขเว, จตฺตาโร ปุคฺคลา สนฺโต สํวิชฺชมานา โลกสฺมินฺ”ติฯ
These are the four people found in the world.”
