ကပိလဝတ္ထုနိဒါနံ၊ ဧကမန္တံ နိသိန္နံ ခေါ ဘဒ္ဒိယံ သက္ကံ ဘဂဝါ ဧတဒဝေါစ:
At Kapilavatthu. Seated to one side, the Buddha said to Bhaddiya the Sakyan:
“စတူဟိ ခေါ, ဘဒ္ဒိယ, ဓမ္မေဟိ သမန္နာဂတော အရိယသာဝကော သောတာပန္နော ဟောတိ အဝိနိပါတဓမ္မော နိယတော သမ္ဗောဓိပရာယဏော၊
“Bhaddiya, a noble disciple who has four things is a stream-enterer …”
ကတမေဟိ စတူဟိ? ဣဓ, ဘဒ္ဒိယ, အရိယသာဝကော ဗုဒ္ဓေ …ပေ… ဓမ္မေ …ပေ… သင်္ဃေ …ပေ… အရိယကန္တေဟိ သီလေဟိ သမန္နာဂတော ဟောတိ အခဏ္ဍေဟိ …ပေ… သမာဓိသံဝတ္တနိကေဟိ၊ ဣမေဟိ ခေါ, ဘဒ္ဒိယ, စတူဟိ ဓမ္မေဟိ သမန္နာဂတော အရိယသာဝကော သောတာပန္နော ဟောတိ အဝိနိပါတဓမ္မော နိယတော သမ္ဗောဓိပရာယဏော”တိ၊
