“सत्तिमानि, भिक्खवे, संयोजनानि। कतमानि सत्त? अनुनयसंयोजनं, पटिघसंयोजनं, दिट्ठिसंयोजनं, विचिकिच्छासंयोजनं, मानसंयोजनं, भवरागसंयोजनं, अविज्जासंयोजनं। इमानि खो, भिक्खवे, सत्त संयोजनानी”ति।

“Sattimāni, bhikkhave, saṁyojanāni. Katamāni satta? Anunayasaṁyojanaṁ, paṭighasaṁyojanaṁ, diṭṭhisaṁyojanaṁ, vicikicchāsaṁyojanaṁ, mānasaṁyojanaṁ, bhavarāgasaṁyojanaṁ, avijjāsaṁyojanaṁ. Imāni kho, bhikkhave, satta saṁyojanānī”ti.

“Bhikkhus, there are these seven fetters. What seven? The fetters of attraction, repulsion, views, doubt, conceit, desire to be reborn, and ignorance. These are the seven fetters.”
