Suffering
သာဝတ္ထိနိဒါနံ၊
At Sāvatthī.
ဧကမန္တံ နိသိန္နော ခေါ အာယသ္မာ ရာဓော ဘဂဝန္တံ ဧတဒဝေါစ:
Seated to one side, Venerable Rādha said to the Buddha:
“‘ဒုက္ခံ, ဒုက္ခန်'တိ, ဘန္တေ, ဝုစ္စတိ၊ ကတမံ နု ခေါ, ဘန္တေ, ဒုက္ခန်”တိ?
“Sir, they speak of this thing called ‘suffering’. What is suffering?”
“ရူပံ ခေါ, ရာဓ, ဒုက္ခံ, ဝေဒနာ ဒုက္ခာ, သညာ ဒုက္ခာ, သင်္ခါရာ ဒုက္ခာ, ဝိညာဏံ ဒုက္ခံ၊
“Rādha, form, feeling, perception, functioning patterns, and consciousness are suffering.
ဧဝံ ပဿံ …ပေ… နာပရံ ဣတ္ထတ္တာယာတိ ပဇာနာတီ”တိ၊
Seeing this … They understand: ‘… there is no return to any state of existence.’”
