Tear Away

"Tear Away" is the second single by nu metal band Drowning Pool off their debut album, Sinner, in 2001.

Lyrically, "Tear Away" bears themes of supposed narcissism with the melodic chorus line "I don't care about anyone else but me." A shrill, haunting guitar solo makes up the bridge before returning for a final chorus.

A music video was produced for "Tear Away" which features the band performing in a room surrounded in mirrors. It received significant airplay upon release.
