Prāṇāyāma
Recommendations
• The air must be clean, unpolluted, with low humidity and convenient temperature.
• Do not execute immediately after a meal. Leave sufficient time for digestion.
• Before Pranayama, empty the bowels and the bladder.
• Do not execute if tired.
• Execute without haste.
• You can attach the Pranayama practice at the beginning or at the end of the asana program, as convenient to you.
• Do not execute in draft.
• Do not execute sitting on very cold ground.
• Execute with the nostrils free of obstructions and relatively dry.
