History

The station was assigned the call letters KLDI on 1985-11-01. On 2002-03-25, the station changed its call sign to KRRR. On 2002-04-01, the station became KKHI. Finally, on 2003-12-01 to the current KHAT. Prior to obtaining its current format (and call letters), the station carried an Oldies format.
